The plain-English version.

You Blew Up arranges short, disclosed sponsorships between people having a viral moment and sponsors. The full terms of any engagement are stated on that engagement's own offer page and agreement; nothing on this website is an offer by itself.

Talent is never charged anything, for any reason.
Every placement must carry a clear #ad disclosure per the FTC Endorsement Guides.
Talent must be 18 or older.
Artificial or automated clicks void click bonuses, never upfront payments.
Footage shown on this site via official platform embeds belongs to its owners and does not imply representation.

Complete engagement terms accompany every offer. Questions: deals@youblewup.com.
